While “Teamwork” has certainly proven to be the most effective way for human beings to accomplish the various feats we’ve achieved as a species, it’s important that we never lose site of the fact that behind every successful Team is a silent assemblage of sacrificing iii’S. Thus, while there is indeed no “I” in “Team”, we must proactively remind ourselves to never lose our “Individuality” purely for the betterment of the Team.
